Why we process personal data

Your personal data is processed by Rofix for the following purposes and legal grounds:

• To be able to participate in Rofix activities; (performance of a contract);

• Sending newsletters and invitations. (consent of the data subject).

We only use the collected data for the purposes for which we obtained the data.

Disclosure to third parties

The data you provide to us may be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the purposes described above.

For example, we use a third party for:

• sending newsletters and invitations.

We never pass on personal data to other parties with whom we have not entered into a processing agreement.

With these parties, we of course make the necessary agreements to safeguard the security of your personal data.

In such a case, we are required to cooperate and are therefore obliged to hand over this data. We do not provide personal data to parties located outside the EU.

Rofix retains personal data for a maximum of 5 years after last use for the purpose for which it was provided or as required by law.
